A collective bread oven is now accessible in the commune of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe. Different workshops (making your own bread op pizza). Idea is for people to discover ancient techniques of baking and cooking. You van even cook your own bread!

Seated on miniature steam train cariages only 40 cm high and made by hand, you'll embark on a 1km journey over lawns, past hedges and trees.

Almost 500 cobblestones, spread throughout the borough of Schaerbeek, have been redecorated with mosaics by the artist Ingrid Schreyers. 

Originally they marked the Artist' Walk in the borough, but then locals started ordering them to be placed in front of their houses. Ingrid Schreyers has now stopped making the mosaics, but they still provide an unusual way to discover the borough of Schaerbeek!

A couple of peregrine falcons first nested down in one of the towers of St Michael and St Gudula Cathedral several years back. Every year, the Natural Science Museum sets up cameras to enable everyone to watch how the brood is growing, on site or online. Some falcons are ringed and their outings can be followed online.
