Financial incentives

Businesses in the Brussels-Capital Region can benefit from certain forms of assistance and other incentives to set up in the Region or invest in property.

Investment subsidies

Some property investments – to buy, convert or renovate – may be eligible for assistance, in the form of a tax break, accelerated amortisation or exemption from property tax. If your business relocates within the Brussels-Capital Region, especially for environmental reasons, you may be eligible for assistance.
